One COOL artist I came across was Asher Benson!
She is a vector artist and illustrator who works extensively on Adobe Illustrator. Check her out on her website, Facebook, deviantArt, and Behance.
These images are COOL because of their soft use of layers and smooth transitions between the different subjects. There are no harsh angles or lines, and it allows for easy and pleasurable viewing.
Asher succeeds in creating these COOL images by using the Gaussian Blur. The Gaussian Blur deals with pixels and changing the opacity of certain parts of the image to create a naturally lit effect.
