Remember to set your document size at 7″ width by 8.5″ height (half legal in presets). Turn on facing pages options!

Print Preset: Custom
Printer: PostScript File
Don’t worry about PPD
Under the General Tab, be sure Spreads is selected.
Under the Setup Tab, Select Paper Size Custom
Note the bottom left preview window…be sure your spread is fitting on your page.
Unlike this…
Setup Tab > Options >Page Position >Select Centered
Under Marks and Bleed tab, select Crop Marks
Save and name your .ps file!
